Di questo brano esistono tre versioni: una registrata durante le sessions di Ziggy Stardust, un’altra registrata durante le sessions di Aladdin Sane (la cosidetta “sax version”) e una terza in versione Philly Sound (John, I’m Only Dancing Again) registrata durante le sessions di Young Americans. La sua prima comparsa è nella B-side di Starman, e poi in altre compilation. Su album ufficiale è presente nella ristampa Rykodisc 1990 di Ziggy Stardust. E’ stato eseguito dal vivo nel tour del 1972, in quello del 1973, e in quello di Diamond Dogs. E’ stato anche ripreso nel Sound+Vision tour.
